Creative Coping: CBT for Anxiety

An art therapy-based group for when worry gets in the way...
Designed for anxious older-elementary girls who are struggling with anxiety surrounding school, friendships, family changes and more, this group uses a combination of evidence-based direct skills teaching, creative arts therapy, and interpersonal processing to help girls increase their confidence, learn to manage anxiety, and build friendships with girls who get it.


The Road to Regulation: DBT for Kids
Grades 3-5 All Gender
Tuesdays 3:45-4:45
12 Weeks: Beginning Fall 2025
For little people with big feelings, this DBT for Kids group teaches the four modules of Dialectical Behavior Therapy in fun, kid-friendly ways to help increase emotional and behavioral regulation at home and school. Group participants complete a "Pirate Map" through 4 skills modules including:
- Mindfulness
- Distress Tolerance
- Emotional Regulation
- Interpersonal Effectiveness
This group concludes in a treasure hunt once the pirate map is complete!
